Shipping & Returns
Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent with follow-up and deposit without signature.
Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 7 working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible.
We invite you to follow the delivery status of your package on the Carrier's Websites, with the tracking number that has been communicated to you.
In the event of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order. You will then be refunded immediately if your account has been debited.
